Spinach Chicken Ball with Egg Soup


今日晚餐 - 菠菜鸡肉丸蛋花汤

(適合1歲以上 Suitable for 1 year old and above)

材料: 
菠菜(叶) Spinach (Leaf)
鸡肉碎 Chicken Minced Meat
蕃茄丁 Tomato Cube
鸡蛋 Egg
麻油 Sesame Oil
胡椒粉 Pepper 
玉米粉 Corn Flour 
海盐 (可不加) Sea salt (can skip)

1) 鸡肉碎与麻油, 胡椒粉和玉米粉腌渍至少30分钟, 腌好后捏成球状
Marinate the chicken Minced Meat with sesame oil, pepper and corn flour at least 30 mins. And squeeze into ball

2) 热一锅水, 水滚后加入鸡肉丸
Insert the chicken ball into boiling water

3) 2分钟后加入蕃茄丁
Add tomato cube after 2 mins

4) 5分钟后加入菠菜
Add spinach after 5 mins

5) 加入1汤匙麻油, 和一咪咪的海盐
Add 1 spoon of sesame oil and 1 pinch of sea salt

6) 大约15分钟后, 倒入鸡蛋液, 汤匙要不停搅拌汤, 蛋液才不会黏在一起
Pour the whipped egg into soup after 15 mins. Stir it continuously. 

7) 再煲5-10分钟即可
Boil another 5-10 mins and ready to serve

今天是2015年的最后一天, 年轻时都会出门跨年。现在根本是懒得出去人挤人, 在家陪伴老公孩子才是最轻松快乐的
