今日晚餐 - 宝宝版日式咖喱
材料:
椰奶 Coconut Milk 150-200ml
咖喱粉 Curry Powder
马铃薯 Potato
萝卜 Carrot
洋葱 Spring Onion
糖蜜 Molasses Sugar 1 tsp
椰奶的做法 Recipe for Coconut milk:
材料:
椰奶 Coconut Milk 150-200ml
咖喱粉 Curry Powder

糖蜜 Molasses Sugar 1 tsp
椰奶的做法 Recipe for Coconut milk:
1) 刮出新鲜椰肉, 加入适量牛奶用搅拌机搅拌即可
Grab the fresh coconut meat, blend the coconut meat with milk will do.
日式咖哩 Japanese curry:
1) 热锅, 下无盐奶油炒香洋葱
Heat pan, fry the onion with unsalted butter
2) 加入马铃薯, 萝卜, 椰奶, 咖喱粉和糖蜜炒匀
Added potato, carrot, coconut milk, curry powder and molasses sugar and stir-fry
3) 盖锅小火焖至软化即可
Cover the pan and let it cook till soften with low heat and ready to serve
* 我在焖的时候担心咖喱汁会焦, 所以熟了之后, 我再拿去蒸10分钟*
I would suggest to steam the potato and carrot 1st before cooking, to prevent the curry burnt
