Spring Onion Carrot Broccoli Fried Rice
今日午餐 - 洋葱萝卜花椰菜炒饭
材料:
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
洋蔥 Spring Onion
蘿蔔 Carrot
花椰菜 Broccoli
白飯 Cooked rice
1) 熱鍋,加入無鹽奶油和洋蔥炒香
Heat pan, add the unsalted butter and spring onion fry until fragrant
2) 加入蘿蔔翻炒均勻
Add carrot and stir fry
3) 加入水蓋過食材燜至軟化收汁
Add water to cover the ingredients and let it stew until soften and dry
4) 加入白飯炒勻
Add cooked rice and stir fry
5) 最後再加入花椰菜炒勻即可
Lastly, add the broccoli and stir fry and ready to serve
